Are your feet always cold?

Are Your Feet Always Cold, Especially in the Winter?

One of the least expensive ways to take care of your feet in the Winter is to wear warm shoes and boots with insulation in them and warm socks.

Sock liners are extremely inexpensive and are a great way to add more insulation to your feet when it’s cold outside. A sock liner is a very thin polyester sock that goes under your other thicker or regular socks you’re using. Think of it as a T-shirt under regular coat under your Winter coat.

When we see people with “Cold” feet or “PAD”  (Peripheral Arterial Disease)., we always strongly suggest a few pairs of sock liners. Preventing cold damage, frost bite, caring for your feet and putting them in your Winter Survival Kit are all good reasons to use sock liners every day during the Winter.
