"The Ups and Downs of Flat Feet" by Dylan H. CNA

Flat feet or pes planus, is a diagnosis where the arch on the inside of your foot is flattened. This can cause your ankles to turn inward and your heels to turn outward, this is called pronation.
This can cause some lifelong problems and some short term aches and pains. With a simple addition to your foot fashion, such as, orthotics, you may be able to kick these problems in no time!

Here at Dakota Foot & Ankle Clinic, Dr. Brian Gale, who is a foot and ankle specialist, has treated patients on a daily basis with these type of problems for over twenty years.
